Established in 1976, Greenspan was built on strong values and ethics. Today, Greenspan is run with the same values of positivity, honesty and integrity.
We look for these key values in the members of staff that we add to our team. When everyone is working towards the same goal, things run better. We do of course appreciate our team and all the work that they do, so here are a few of the things we do to make working at Greenspan as enjoyable as possible.
Keeping Morale Up Midweek
Halfway through the week, we provide breakfast for everyone and make it a shorter day by shutting the office at 4 pm. We find it really helps to keep everyone feeling refreshed and focussed.
Loyalty Goes both Ways
We appreciate the loyalty and commitment that our team give us, and we believe it is only fair to do the same. That’s why we encourage everyone to further themselves within the company and where possible we can promote within. We strongly support career progression; we want our staff to grow with us!
A good working environment is very important to us; we think it is crucial to be the best you can be. Depending on your role within Greenspan will depend on where you are based. Our Hampshire office is based in a picturesque rural location; the office space is open plan with lots of natural lighting. Everyone works hard to keep it a friendly motivating place to be.
Chloe Slade, our Marketing Manager who works externally but also works within the office, tells us why she enjoys working out of the Greenspan office:
“I work out of the Greenspan office on a monthly basis, and it is unlike any other. It is a very peaceful, the rural setting makes a nice change to a hectic city office environment. I always feel very welcome, and the focused and motivational attitudes of the members of staff is infectious.” – Chloe Slade, Marketing Manager
